The plan

What's next.

Everything after the pilot is a plan, not a promise.

  1. Pilot

    Bulldog Alley

Alumni-funded tiles in the ground. The first sponsors on the panel.

  2. Year 1

    Dashboards and first sponsors

Live impact panels go up. We measure, optimise and lock in recurring sponsors.

  3. Year 2

    A second walkway

More volume as sponsors see results, and a second path on campus.

  4. Year 3

    Other campuses

First conversations with other universities, starting with UW and WSU.

  5. Year 4

    Campus vs. campus

A game layer: universities compete on steps and collect rewards together.

  6. Next

    The Kennel

    Coming soon.
